By accessing or using My Group Lens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users who access the platform through an organizational access code or OIDC single sign-on.
2. Access and Eligibility
Access to My Group Lens is granted through your organization or institution. You must have a valid access code or be enrolled via your institution's single sign-on to use the platform. Access codes are non-transferable outside of your authorized organization or cohort.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use My Group Lens solely for legitimate team development and educational purposes within your organization. You must not attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any manner that violates applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, visualizations, and materials on My Group Lens are the intellectual property of My Group Lens. The platform is an independent model and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Insights®, Insights Discovery®, DiSC®, or any other third-party vendor.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We process only the minimum personal data necessary to provide the service and send essential service communications.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
My Group Lens is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for a particular purpose. The platform is intended as a facilitation tool and should not replace professional coaching or HR advice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will communicate material changes via service email.
